Floyd Taylor is the Founder and CEO of FWT Consulting. Floyd combines over 15 years of senior level business experience with a passion for business, technology and real estate. He oversees the strategy and direction for FWT Consulting including sales, customer support, marketing, program development and property management.

Floyd focuses on driving businesses forward through strategic leadership, innovative marketing support and outstanding customer service. FWT Consulting team members share Floyd`s commitment to these key business drivers along with his passion for helping individuals and businesses reach their goals.

In 2013, the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) named Floyd “Leasing Professional of the Year” in recognition of his innovative leasing strategies, depth of experience and outstanding sales performance.

As a Marketing Coordinator of FWT Consulting, Cristina  has a passion for television, film and arts. She is a creative and resourceful marketing professional who excels in coordination and execution of business strategies and promotional marketing. She offers unique talents and insights from over several years of experience in the entertainment industry where she has been employed as a producer, actress and assistant director in theatre, film and commercial television.
Kerry Langford

Kerry Langford is a licensed Realtor, specializing in investment property and property management. Her knowledge of property management is founded on years of experience with investors and tenants, facilitating lease transactions and ongoing full service property management. Kerry has real world experience, formal training and a sense of what works for each individual landlord – whether they hold individual properties or multi-unit buildings. Each requires a unique perspective and knowledge of the market to maximize return on investment, low vacancy periods and good tenants who will stay long term.
